Confidential and personal information about companies, institutions and individuals collected as part of the Innovation Impact study will solely be stored, analyzed and otherwise used for the purposes for which it was provided, in compliance with the relevant provisions on data protection in the EU directive 95/46/EC and regulation 45/2001 and the contract between the European Commission and Innovation Impact Team, and made accessible only to those specifically authorized and not disclosed, in any form or by any means to any third party, without the explicit consent of the company, institution or private individual(s) to which it refers.
